    Great product & fantastic service

Posted by Jim on Aug 09, 2025

These bins are pretty basic. They do the job & do it well. They're very durable, but can be damaged easier when cold (ie. When moving a loaded stack while in the 36° cooler, use caution to not cause cracks at the handles when pulling on them. I would say what we were doing was bordering on abuse. So still 5 stars for quality.) What was even better was the service by Cheryl at Union Jack Tools who saw my order through to Final delivery. There were a few delays in shipping with the international border & some poor routing decisions on the transporters part, but Cheryl was involved every step of the way keeping me informed and leaning on the shipper when required. Union Jack is a great company owned by great people. I wish all my business was handled with the customer care they exude!
